IT Solutions Support Engineer Position

The IT Solutions Support Engineer role is a contract position focused on enhancing IT support beyond help desk functions. Candidates will leverage their skills to improve the user experience and operational efficiency by embedding automation and modern practices in a secure environment. Shifts are Monday to Friday, with potential after-hours needs for urgent issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance IT solutions for operational improvements
• Handle troubleshooting for SaaS and networking issues
• Integrate identity management systems like Okta and Azure AD
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on IT functionalities
• Create technical documentation and runbooks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Technical Support
• Proficient with endpoint management tools such as Jamf
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with zero-touch deployment and security practices
