As a key member of Invictus’ advisory team, the IT Risk and Compliance Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and reporting. You will direct audits on internal controls and compliance reviews while ensuring all projects are completed on schedule. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to build relationships and trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT advisory and audit projects with budget management

• Establish strong client relationships and maintain communication

• Ensure quality assurance of project standards and reports

• Mentor and manage staff, supporting team development

• Contribute to a collaborative and transparent office culture
Requirements:

• Minimum five years in IT consulting or auditing

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or similar

• CISA or CIA designation preferred

• Proficient in risk-based auditing and frameworks

• Strong project management and people skills
