Position: Data Engineering Delivery Manager Role
Lead a talented team as a Technical Delivery Manager focused on Data Engineering in the retail sector. Aim for excellence in program delivery across multiple tracks while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

This full-time role requires experienced leaders in data engineering to manage a diverse 20-person team and oversee complex, multi-track programs. You will drive operational rigor and ensure deliverables meet both business priorities and technical excellence through effective communication and governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery across multiple tracks and budget alignment

• Establish weekly status updates and risk review sessions

• Influence data engineering outcomes through technical governance

• Ensure production readiness with incident response measures

• Drive efficiency with AI-assisted workflows and Lean practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years in technology; 5+ years in data engineering leadership

• Proven experience in delivering complex multi-track programs

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Databricks

• Proficiency in Airflow and Kafka concepts

• Excellent communication across technical disciplines
