About the Role
Shape the future of AI consulting at Pro Cogia, driving successful project delivery while engaging with clients at the executive level. This senior leadership role invites innovative thinkers passionate about data solutions. In the role of Director of AI Consulting Delivery, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee a portfolio of AI consulting projects.
Your leadership will enhance delivery quality and client satisfaction while managing Delivery Managers and contributing to strategic engagements.
Your role will also encompass developing the AI service strategy and shaping Pro Cogia’s consulting framework. Drive growth and innovation in Pro Cogia's AI consulting delivery landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure high-quality delivery across AI consulting projects
- Mentor and guide Delivery Managers in execution
- Build frameworks for effective delivery processes
- Engage with executive stakeholders on consulting partnerships
- Collaborate with the CEO on growth-oriented strategies
- 10+ years in data or technology consulting
- Experience managing delivery teams and client relationships
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning principles
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant bachelor's or advanced degree
