We are looking for a highly driven, intellectually curious Senior Product Manager to lead Trulioo's KYC Fraud & Risk product line. This is a high-visibility individual contributor (IC) role at the centre of one of the digital economy's most critical unsolved problems: consumer identity fraud and risk.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for KYC fraud and risk solutions — from strategy and roadmap definition through discovery, build, launch, and iteration. You will work at the intersection of identity verification, machine learning, compliance, and financial services, directly shaping how global enterprises onboard customers, detect synthetic identities, and prevent fraud at scale.

This role sits at a pivotal moment for Trulioo: we are investing aggressively in unified identity, fraud and intelligence — and the KYC Fraud & Risk team is central to that vision.

This will be a full-time, permanent position working out of the Vancouver office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office).

• Own and continuously evolve the multi-quarter product roadmap for KYC fraud and risk solutions, balancing customer urgency, business value, and technical feasibility.

• Define product vision aligned with Trulioo's broader platform strategy, contributing to internal roadmap communications and external partner/customer conversations.

• Conduct rigorous market evaluations and competitive analyses to recommend build, partner, or buy decisions with clear rationale.
