As a temporary member of the Administrator group, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs and aligning them with IT solutions. Your expertise in functional requirements, data analysis, and business process design will be vital in supporting the transformation of Langara’s existing Workday ERP platform. Collaboration with project managers and stakeholders will ensure the successful implementation of improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs through structured requirements processes

• Document business requirements and communicate solutions

• Conduct workflow and gap analysis for operational processes

• Develop user test cases for acceptance testing

• Collaborate on business process improvements and integrations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience

• Familiarity with ERP implementation projects

• Experience in producing business analysis deliverables

• Knowledge of project management and quality assurance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
