Position: Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Thinkific

As a crucial member of Thinkific, you will wield your expertise to manage infrastructure challenges supporting thousands of online course creators. Bringing at least six years of engineering experience, proficiency in Kubernetes, and a passion for mentoring, you'll lead initiatives that shape our technical strategy and reliability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own technical domains for system reliability and performance

• Lead Kubernetes platform evolution aligning with best practices

• Design infrastructure using Terraform and modular tools

• Partner with engineering teams on deployment and security

• Drive incident response and promote blameless learning

Requirements:

• 6+ years in software or infrastructure engineering

• 4+ years working with Kubernetes in production

• CKA certification or equivalent expert experience

• AWS infrastructure experience and observability tool knowledge

• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
