Davidson is seeking a motivated individual to join our IT team. In this role, you will help manage IT tickets, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and support IT equipment maintenance. Ideal candidates have a foundational understanding of IT concepts, strong problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage IT tickets for timely responses
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Help configure and maintain IT equipment
• Support network system monitoring and updates
• Prepare technical documentation and guides
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Information Technology or related field
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication abilities for technical issues
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred
