Security Analyst Position

Position: Insight Global Security Analyst Position
Become a key player at Insight Global as a Security Analyst in British Columbia. This position focuses on monitoring, responding to threats, and developing security frameworks for critical information systems.

Reporting to the Manager of Architecture and Security, your role will involve analyzing potential security incidents and working closely with senior personnel. You will be responsible for vulnerability assessments, maintaining documentation, and communicating security measures to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security logs and analyze alerts

• Conduct investigations and gather evidence during incidents

• Develop and implement robust security protocols

• Perform assessments of system vulnerabilities

• Maintain relationships with IT infrastructure teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in Security Analysis

• Experience with SIEM tools, especially Splunk

• Understanding of security frameworks like ITSG-33

• Analytical skills for risk assessments

• Preferred CISSP certification or industry training
