Elevate agile delivery at Vancity as an Agile Delivery Lead. Your leadership will develop teams and enhance performance through effective coaching and practices.
In this full-time position, you will manage a team responsible for agile methodologies enabling effective practices, you'll ensure successful member outcomes and navigate complex dependencies. This role requires you to build strong partnerships across technical and business teams while modeling agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Scrum Masters
• Coach teams to enhance agile frameworks and delivery value
• Analyze delivery metrics to improve project predictability
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Support the launch of new delivery pods with effective strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7 years in agile environments
• 3+ years in people leadership roles
• Proven experience managing regulated agile teams
• Agile certifications like CSP or ICAgile are advantageous
