Enhance eLearning systems at your college as an eLearning Technology Specialist. Provide technical support, manage systems, and spearhead automation initiatives to elevate educational technology functionality.
This specialist role requires collaboration with IT and managing various eLearning systems including LMS and Syllabus. You will assist faculty with course setups, streamline processes, and lead innovation in learning tools. Supporting users through troubleshooting and implementing best practices is key to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain e-learning systems like LMS and Pebblepad
• Troubleshoot course-related issues promptly and efficiently
• Facilitate communication about system updates and interruptions
• Coordinate upgrades and improvement projects with stakeholders
• Develop documentation and maintain online knowledge bases
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Computer Technology or related field
• Over two years of experience in eLearning technologies
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
