Elevate your career with VoPay International Inc. as a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist. Utilize your expertise in API integrations and project management to deliver unparalleled customer onboarding and implementation.
In this vital full-time in-office role, you will lead enterprise customers through the seamless integration of VoPay's cutting-edge Fintech-as-a-Service platform. Collaborate directly with customers' Product and Engineering teams while coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely project go-lives and satisfied clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer onboarding from kickoff through production
• Guide API integration and payment orchestration
• Manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects
• Provide training sessions for customer stakeholders
• Support through testing and production deployment
Requirements:
• 3–7+ years of SaaS implementation experience
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in fintech or payment operations preferred
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues
