Our client, located in Vancouver, BC, is looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to enhance their IT operations. You will streamline operational efficiency while directly assisting internal clients and managing identity and access. This full-time contract position focuses on evolving traditional support into automated services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize IT support functions
• Support office location moves and changes
• Enhance user experience through efficient IT solutions
• Troubleshoot complex SaaS and network issues
• Collaborate with teams to improve security protocols
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a Technical Support or Systems Engineering role
• Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune
• Proven skills in direct client IT support
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Salesforce
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
