Drive your IT career forward by becoming a Desktop Support Technician at Milestone Technologies. Engage with user support while managing IT system operations.
You will work closely with the IT Team to deliver vital helpdesk support and maintain user accounts, providing expertise across major IT systems. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and effective communication with users. Engagement in continual learning and the ability to troubleshoot desktop and mobile issues are essential to strengthen overall IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user account setups and system updates
• Maintain desktop systems and video conferencing hardware
• Follow SOPs and escalate issues to senior staff
• Oversee current ticket queue through Service Now
• Provide support for mobile devices including iOS and Android
Requirements:
• Excellent service-oriented skills and communication
• Technical knowledge of Windows 10, G-suite, and Exchange
• Basic networking understanding with VPN experience
• Familiarity with remote access tools is beneficial
• Eagerness to learn and engage with the IT team
