In this role, you will report to the Team Lead, Service Delivery, ensuring customers gain maximum value from our SaaS products. Your responsibilities will include daily technical interactions, risk monitoring, and proactive support to enhance operational performance. Previous experience in account management or customer success is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients
• Identify risks and optimization opportunities proactively
• Deliver best practices for operational efficiency
• Facilitate technical troubleshooting and escalations
• Participate in customer enablement and operational reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing technical capacity
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
