In this role as a Sitecore Personalize & CDP Manager, you will lead the administration and evolution of our personalization and customer data platforms. This hands-on position focuses on ongoing platform ownership and collaboration with cross-functional teams, making your technical expertise essential in executing effective personalization strategies. You will prioritize personalization initiatives and manage campaigns to boost audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Sitecore Personalize and CDP platforms effectively

• Optimize customer audience management and segmentation

• Implement personalization strategies across digital channels

• Oversee experimentation and performance optimization initiatives

• Align with stakeholders on personalization requests and roadmaps

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Mar Tech or data platforms

• Proven hands-on experience with Sitecore Personalize and CDP

• Familiarity with analytics, event tracking, and performance metrics

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication

• Experience in healthcare is a plus
