Position: Lead AI/ML Scientist - lululemon's Innovation Team
Drive AI innovation as a Lead AI/ML Scientist at lululemon, focusing on complex challenges in an in-person collaborative setting. Help shape experimental, transformative solutions.

In this role, you will lead the design and execution of AI/ML initiatives within the Enterprise Data & AI team. Candidates with 9-12 years of relevant experience will guide the technical direction of AI solutions that not only meet business goals but also ensure ethical applications. Collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to embed effective AI practices throughout lululemon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create advanced models for optimization and personalization challenges

• Utilize NLP, computer vision, and more across large data sets

• Advocate for best practices in AI/ML implementation

• Ensure rigorous evaluation methods are in place for AI solutions

• Promote integration of business context in AI/ML frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; higher degrees preferred

• At least 9-12 years of AI/ML experience in corporate settings

• Proven track record in model deployment and architecture

• Expertise in tools like Python and cloud ML services

• Ability to develop responsible AI frameworks across domains
