Be a key player at Workday as a Document Intelligence Machine Learning Engineer. Leverage your expertise in AI/ML to create scalable solutions for document processing challenges.
As part of the Document Intelligence team, you will harness cutting-edge technologies like LLMs and NLP to enhance our core platform. Your work will directly impact the operations of a client base exceeding 31 million, providing streamlined document processing and insight extraction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the design of document parsing and classification tools
• Use deep learning to improve model performance
• Develop efficient ML pipelines for high-volume processing
• Conduct exploratory data analysis on various documents
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in building production ML systems
• In-depth knowledge of deep learning and NLP methodologies
• 2+ years of Python programming expertise
• Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline preferred
• Familiarity with production-level MLOps and cloud deployment
