Support enterprise-level IT solutions at Systematix as an IT Solutions Support Engineer in East Vancouver. Focus on endpoint management, identity and access management, and automating support processes.
This contract role at Systematix involves direct engagement with users to elevate the IT experience. As an IT Solutions Support Engineer, you will support the maintenance of a high-performing technology environment while embedding various automation initiatives. The contract period lasts for three months and may offer potential extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and support scalable IT solutions for users
• Develop and manage automation workflows for efficiency
• Diagnose issues in SaaS, network setups, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal clients directly for effective support
• Deliver administrative support for systems like Slack and Zoom
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT support
• Skilled in using tools like Intune and Jamf for endpoint management
• Knowledge of Identity Providers including Okta and Azure AD
• Strong communication and documentation skills required
• Experience with compliance environments and security controls
