As an IT Infrastructure Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the systems and platforms that power a modern, cloud-first environment used by teams across the country.
This role is focused primarily on Infrastructure and Cloud Management. The organization is evolving the position to move Security responsibilities out of the role, allowing the successful candidate to focus on the administration, support, and optimization of core infrastructure and cloud environments.
You will work closely with internal employees, technology partners, and cybersecurity specialists to ensure stable, secure, and scalable IT operations. Your Responsibilities   You’ll administer and support cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP environments to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
You’ll manage and maintain core infrastructure systems including servers, cloud platforms, and end‑user computing environments.
In this role, you’ll manage identity and access systems including Active Directory and Entra , supporting user lifecycle and permissions.
You’ll support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, devices, and access rights.
You’ll deploy, manage, and troubleshoot endpoints using Intune, ensuring a stable and secure device environment.
You’ll manage server infrastructure, end‑user devices, and cloud‑based environments to ensure high availability and operational efficiency.
You’ll provide day‑to‑day IT support for employees, resolving hardware, software, and SaaS‑related issues.
You’ll provide day‑to‑day operational support across infrastructure and cloud platforms, responding to incidents, service requests, and system issues.
You’ll implement approved configuration changes across platforms such as Google Workspace, Zscaler, Azure, and GCP.
You’ll maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and standard operating procedures.
You’ll collaborate with vendors and internal partners to resolve infrastructure and platform‑related issues.
You’ll effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service delivery and responsiveness.
You’ll demonstrate a proactive approach to problem‑solving, ownership of assigned tasks, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Skills and Qualifications   5+ years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud administration, and end‑user support.
Strong hands‑on experience across both Infrastructure and Cloud environments is required.
Practical experience administering Azure and GCP environments.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra , and endpoint management with Intune.
Working understanding of Windows Server and basic Linux environments.
Solid grasp of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
Strong hardware management, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Some experience with SQL Server databases.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity.
