Join Systematix as an IT Solutions Support Engineer in Vancouver, focused on enhancing enterprise IT systems. This hands-on role emphasizes endpoint management, automation, and operational support.
Support and maintain efficient IT solutions to improve user experiences and operational workflows. Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop secure, scalable IT environments while advancing the support function beyond traditional help-desk tasks by leveraging automation and advanced technical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support scalable IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate on automation and self-service capabilities
• Address support issues directly with internal clients

Requirements:
