In this critical role within the Office Infrastructure Excellence team, you will leverage your expertise in program management and problem resolution. With a commitment to continuous improvement, you'll analyze and address systemic issues impacting IT infrastructure. Drawing on your experience, you will directly work with engineering and operational teams to implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and develop corporate office IT problem management
• Analyze data to reveal root causes of service issues
• Lead the resolution of identified incidents
• Coordinate with various teams for effective fixes
• Report on metrics including defect elimination trends
Requirements:
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Proven cross‑functional collaboration history
• Expertise in process improvement based on data analyses
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools
• Stakeholder management experience at various organizational levels
