As a proactive IT Support Intern, you will provide essential technical assistance to approximately 50 employees, maintaining a focus on customer service and efficiency. This role is designed for students or early-career professionals eager to support IT operations and enhance user experiences. Collaborating with the Skeena IT team, you will work with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications while keeping accurate asset records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-person IT support to corporate employees
• Troubleshoot issues with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Support hardware setups and device troubleshooting
• Maintain updated IT asset inventories
• Assist with meeting room technology setup
Requirements:
• Enrolled in or completed a degree in IT or related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to document processes and maintain records
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT
