Shape digital customer experiences as an Intermediate Product Designer with Best Buy in Vancouver, BC. Contribute to innovative loyalty and media designs that enhance user interactions and engagement.
This remote-first role involves developing end-to-end experiences that bridge digital and in-store touchpoints within Best Buy Canada’s omnichannel approach. Your focus will include collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to create scalable designs, applying usability insights, and leveraging modern design tools. You'll play a key role in the evolution of customer interfacing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design cohesive omnichannel flows and interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for high-quality experiences
• Conduct usability tests to derive actionable insights
• Contribute to design systems and documentation
• Utilize AI tools for design and communication enhancements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in product design with UX and UI experience
• Strong foundation in design systems and accessibility
• Hands-on usability testing skills
• Proficient in Figma, Confluence, and Jira
• Growth-oriented and proactive mindset
