As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role overseeing Collavion's extensive IT environments. This in-office position calls for collaboration with various departments to enhance system reliability and support their growing user base. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory

• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams

• Oversee VMware/Hyper-V environments for optimal server infrastructure

• Support cybersecurity initiatives and strengthen disaster recovery processes

• Lead infrastructure upgrades and technology rollouts across departments

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of Systems Administration experience

• Proficient with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking infrastructure

• Strong understanding of VPNs, routing, and cybersecurity best practices

• Experience with Azure or AWS is advantageous

• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
