As a Senior Software Support Engineer within the Global Customer Support team, you will be responsible for managing technical issues with expert troubleshooting techniques. This role demands collaboration with both technical and non-technical customers to ensure optimal solution delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in software support roles
