We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in Windows Infrastructure, Hyper‑V, and Cluster Management to support enterprise‑scale environments.
Responsibilities- Manage and support Hyper‑V and SCVMM environments
- Administer Windows Server infrastructure
- Handle troubleshooting, patching, and performance optimization
- Ensure high availability through clustering and disaster recovery
- Drive incident management and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with network, storage, and cloud teams
- Strong experience with SCVMM and virtualization
- Knowledge of failover clustering & disaster recovery
- Experience in Power Shell scripting and automation
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
- Exposure to Azure / Cloud environments
- Experience with Dev Ops / ADO
Ability to work in mission‑critical environments
