Shape the future of payments as the Payments Technology Platform Lead at Vancity in Vancouver, British Columbia. You will innovate payment solutions in a hybrid work setting.
We are looking for a full-time leader with more than 8 years of expertise in payments platforms or banking. As the Platform Lead, you will guide a talented team and ensure the stability of our payment systems.
Your role includes developing roadmaps and enhancing platform capabilities, contributing to financial resilience at Vancity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Innovate a roadmap for payment capabilities
• Mentor engineering and architecture teams
• Maintain robust payment platform architecture
• Enhance core payment services
• Collaborate with various teams on technical solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years in payments platform development
• Deep understanding of payments regulations
• Experience with banking integrations
• Strong in API development and cloud technologies
