IT Support Technician

As the IT Support Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting staff across multiple BC locations. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing technical problems, managing user access securely, and maintaining detailed documentation. This position demands a commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork to enhance IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and helpdesk
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues effectively
• Oversee user access modifications in Azure AD
• Install and configure desktop systems and software
• Develop clear documentation for end-user support
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with networking concepts and cybersecurity
• Strong troubleshooting skills and remote support experience
• IT-related diploma or degree preferred
