Celayix Inc. seeks a Technical Support Supervisor to respond to user difficulties and train staff effectively. You will oversee a team, maintain support logs, and provide critical consulting and software redesign input. This position is pivotal for improving overall user satisfaction and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and solve user technical issues
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive solutions log
• Supervise the technical support team effectively
• Assist in the redesign of user applications
• Ensure proper equipment setup and installations
Requirements:
• 3 to less than 5 years in technical support
• English fluency;
French knowledge preferred
• Must have a workspace for remote tasks
• Comfortable using AI technologies
• Eligible to work in Canada
