Digital Merchandiser II

Are you a digital merchandiser ready to take on more ownership and impact? In this role, you’ll lead merchandising execution for a category on —shaping how customers discover and shop top tech brands. You’ll work cross-functionally with peers in marketing, design, analytics, and SEO to drive performance and optimize the end-to-end digital experience.

This role is based in the Greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote‑first working model, with in‑person collaboration for strategic, creative, and social moments.

What You’ll Do

Own digital merchandising for your category, including promotions, events, launches, and experience optimization

Optimize digital touchpoints for in‑bound channels like email, search, and social

Use analytics tools to identify opportunities and improve performance for digital KPIs

Review forecasts to align featured products with demand, vendor priorities, and inventory

Optimize product placement, navigation, and on‑site search to improve discoverability and conversion

Contribute to broader merchandising initiatives and help evolve best practices

What You’ll Bring

At least two years of experience in digital merchandising with 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or marketing environments

Proficiency with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics), Excel, and CMS platforms

Strong understanding of digital KPIs like traffic, conversion, and AOV

Sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and comfort in a fast‑paced environment

A proactive mindset and interest in contributing to team development and cross‑functional work

Annualized Compensation Range
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
