- Develop and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Linked In Ads.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, and Hub Spot to drive and optimize campaigns.
- Execute data‑driven SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Manage email marketing campaigns via platforms such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
- Work closely with creative teams to integrate marketing efforts across all channels.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and data analysis tools (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Hub Spot).
- Strong command of SEO and PPC strategies with practical results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, fast‑paced environment.
- A results‑oriented marketer with hands‑on experience in driving measurable campaign success.
- A candidate who stays updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
- Ability to balance technical marketing skills with creative collaboration.

The ideal candidate must possess a keen eye for high design standards as well as the ability to communicate complex and sensitive business matters to executives. We are looking for someone who is motivated and aspiring to higher roles.
Qualifications- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetings.
- Brand development and campaign planning experience.
- Research, organize, and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Project scoping and the ability to articulate design intent.
- Organized and process driven.
- Punctual and timely.
- Knowledgeable with branding and design.
- Understands resource allocation.
- Experience preparing proposals and estimates.
- Minimum BA education with a focus on marketing/advertising/communication or other.
- 4+ years of experience working in an advertising/marketing/design agency (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong initiative and sound problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across various functions.
- Positive with an upbeat attitude.
- Expert in Word and PowerPoint (or other).
- Adobe CS5/CS6/CC experience is an asset.
