Senior Fleet IT Operations Leader

You will oversee the governance and performance of vessel IT operations, leading a high-performing team dedicated to seamless service delivery. This role involves extensive collaboration with Cyber and Infrastructure teams to enhance operational readiness and support innovative technology implementations for the fleet. Your leadership will be key in ensuring secure, efficient, and effective IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and strategize Fleet IT operations globally
• Ensure effective service performance and compliance
• Act as an escalation point for service issues
• Define clear operational boundaries with various teams
• Own lifecycle planning and cost management initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure and operations
• 5+ years in leadership roles within complex setups
• Strong knowledge of IT service management principles
• Experience with vendor performance management
