Join Chowbus as a Technical Support Specialist where your skills will ensure seamless POS experiences for our restaurant partners. Support will include everything from installations to troubleshooting.
At Chowbus, a leader in Asian restaurant technology, your role will be pivotal in helping over 10,000 restaurants thrive. Your tasks will include onboarding merchants, addressing technical concerns, and facilitating software installations. This position requires excellent communication and troubleshooting skills as well as a passion for client success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist merchants with hardware installation and software configuration
• Lead business reviews to ensure long-term client retention
• Address technical inquiries through various communication channels
• Engage in onsite support for major issues
• Optimize merchant accounts for maximum usage
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years of SaaS or technical support experience
• Expert in CRM tools like Salesforce
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Availability for occasional travel to support clients
