We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office team in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto .
What your team does:Clio’s Project Management Office (PMO) leads the company’s most strategic, complex, cross‑functional projects and programs. We work very closely with teams across the entire Clio organization and with roles at all levels, reliably keeping projects on time and business growth on track. The PMO sits within the Business Operations department, focused on driving results through strategic, operational, and data‑driven improvements and growth, and acts as a key partner in implementing Clio’s long‑term strategy.

- Lead end‑to‑end project management for a variety of Clio’s most complex cross‑functional projects, including launching new product lines, global expansion initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, internal transformation and optimization efforts, and other strategic growth initiatives. PMP certification or equivalent is required.
- Work closely with functional leaders across the business to develop execution plans that align to Clio’s strategic vision and goals.
- Drive strategic alignment and decision‑making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with workstream leaders, continually test and validate scoping assumptions to ensure teams work on the right tasks.
- Identify and highlight dependencies, facilitate communication and collaboration across cross‑functional work streams, remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks.
- An undergraduate degree in an area that involves project management, business, research, leadership, or software development.
- Project management certification, change management certification, and/or additional project management training – PMP certification is essential.
- 4+ years of experience working in project management or adjacent disciplines in a fast‑growing SaaS/tech company.
- Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks and deliverables, facilitating decision‑making alignment discussions, and creating roadmaps and timelines/Gantt charts.
- Experience facilitating workshops with groups and coaching individuals.
- Demonstrated keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
- People management experience or any leadership roles.
- Competitive, equitable salary with an expected range of $102,000 to $138,000 CAD (region‑specific bands apply).
