Copperleaf seeks a proactive Senior Lead Application Security Engineer dedicated to implementing and enhancing security measures across CI/CD pipelines. This position demands expertise in embedding application security practices, threat modeling, and developing AI-driven security agents to autonomously manage vulnerabilities. You will design, build, and operate security solutions that shift the team's posture from reactive to proactive, ensuring a secure foundation for all R&D teams at Copperleaf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed application security into Cloud Platform and CI/CD pipelines

• Design AI-driven security agents for proactive vulnerability management

• Establish secure software development lifecycle practices

• Lead security for agentic systems against various threats

• Drive proactive vulnerability management across platform infrastructure

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in application security fundamentals

• Proficiency in Dev Sec Ops  practices and Azure Dev Ops

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven security tooling

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001

• Scripting skills in Python, Power Shell, or C# for automation
