In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with business and People & Culture leaders to innovate and manage compensation frameworks. Drawing on your 5+ years of experience, you are responsible for ensuring competitive and compliant compensation plans across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement design and governance for compensation plans
• Serve as a trusted advisor on performance measures
• Oversee incentive plan eligibility and payout processes
• Validate calculations with Finance and Payroll teams
• Convert complex data into actionable insights
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in compensation, focused on incentives
• Sector experience in banking or sales-driven environments
• Strong governance and compliance understanding
• Proficient in Excel modeling and data analytics
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
