This hybrid role entails overseeing vendor connectivity, which is essential for successful content production. You will implement access management and troubleshoot technical issues while developing documentation for best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with EA’s technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a technical liaison for external vendors
• Implement and manage vendor access and tool setups
• Document asset pipeline workflows and troubleshooting steps
• Work with IT to address OS and connectivity issues
• Validate vendor outputs according to quality standards
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Artist position
• Knowledge of DCC tools such as Maya and Houdini
• Proficiency in Perforce and network management
• Experience with Python for workflow enhancement
• Strong documentation skills for vendor training
