In this role, you will oversee the Microsoft 365 environment, maintain security standards, and help train staff in utilizing modern tools effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Microsoft 365 environment for seamless operations

• Maintain essential security protocols and readiness for incidents

• Lead AI enablement with controlled pilot programs

• Identify and streamline pain points in workflows

• Manage vendor relationships and user access

Requirements:

• 4-6 years' experience in Microsoft 365 system administration

• Relevant technical training and certifications required

• Strong discipline in troubleshooting and documentation

• Commitment to data security and privacy standards

• Experience with low-code automation preferred
