In this strategic role, you will manage data activities for clinical trials from phases 1-4 and report to the Director of Data Management. Collaborate closely with other departments to design and oversee clinical trial databases, while also ensuring effective communication with external vendors regarding performance metrics and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clinical database design and validation processes
• Monitor project-level schedules, budgets, and vendor credentials
• Implement operational protocols for data collection
• Collaborate in developing SDTM datasets with vendors
• Stay updated on competitive trends in data management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in a management role
• Strong familiarity with clinical trial processes and CDISC
• Expertise in EDC database design and safety data management
• Excellent ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts
