Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team

• Optimize cold outreach scripts and engagement tactics
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation tactics
• Define KPIs to match team performance with sales goals
Requirements:
• 7+ years in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales roles
• 3+ years of experience in SDR leadership
• Proficiency in Salesforce and related tech strategies
• Strong people management and communication abilities
• Familiarity with the digital marketing environment
