Join RBC's Vancouver team as a Scrum Master, leading Agile initiatives within the SEAS group. Ensure effective B2B communication while driving innovation in a robust operational environment.
As a Scrum Master at RBC, you will have at least six years of experience in agile methodologies. You’ll facilitate Agile practices and remove obstacles that impede team progress while promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability. Your expertise will be crucial to supporting the technical initiatives of our platform and helping refine our Agile processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including retrospectives and reviews
• Remove blockers collaboratively with stakeholders and developers
• Foster transparent communication across teams and trading partners
• Mentor team members on best Agile practices
• Track and report progress metrics to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
• 2+ years with Jira or Agile management tools
• Experienced in delivering projects with Agile teams
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Familiarity with financial services and related technologies is beneficial
