Within the IS department, you will be responsible for engaging stakeholders in requirement gathering while designing tailored Salesforce solutions ready for implementation. Leading from the Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will ensure workflows are scalable and meet user needs effectively. Your guidance in agile execution is crucial for achieving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engagement with stakeholders for requirement gathering

• Design and prepare scalable Salesforce solutions for implementation

• Ensure user satisfaction and efficient workflows

• Direct teams through the agile execution process

• Develop standards to enhance future project delivery

Requirements:

• At least 8 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configurations

• Experience in regulated settings necessary

• Effective communication skills across diverse audiences

• Preferred knowledge of institutional asset management
