Key Responsibilities:

• Own strategic ISV accounts and drive value realization

• Facilitate Executive Briefing and roadmap-to-outcome sessions

• Support AI and cloud maturity development for clients

• Remove barriers to customer progress proactively

• Lead workshops with ISV leadership to enhance strategic engagement

Requirements:

• 5+ years leading technical programs successfully

• 2+ years of direct customer engagement experience

• Proven track record in cloud solution architecture

• Fluency in French and English required for Quebec

• Background in advanced technologies and business case development
