Enhance guest services at Hyatt as the Management Information System Manager. In this role, you'll lead IT strategies and focus on network reliability and security improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily IT operations and helpdesk requests
• Maintain uptime for guest Wi-Fi and colleague networks
• Oversee cloud services and hardware management
• Handle property cybersecurity measures and training
• Guide project management for technology upgrades
Requirements:
• 5+ years of IT experience in hospitality
• Robust knowledge of network systems and management
• Demonstrated experience with business-critical applications
• Familiarity with PCI DSS and Canadian privacy regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
