Position: RBC CIAM Strategy & Product Director
Shape the future of digital identity at RBC as the Director of CIAM Strategy & Product Management. Focus on innovative CIAM solutions and ensure Zero Standing Access across all identity processes.

This pivotal role demands a robust background in Identity and Access Management to advance RBC’s CIAM platform. Your responsibilities will include defining a cutting-edge technical roadmap, managing vendor relations, and ensuring the seamless integration of identity technologies. Work closely with business units to translate needs into feasible technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CIAM platform strategy

• Manage relationships with key identity technology vendors

• Facilitate workshops and communicate project progress

• Identify improvements in CIAM onboarding processes

• Lead information security training programs

Requirements:

• 10+ years in CIAM/IAM management

• Expertise in Auth0 and F5 platforms

• Proven ability to define product roadmaps

• Strong knowledge of access control architectures

• Experience in team mentoring and development
