As part of a growing team at Styx, you will manage takedown programs and conduct investigations to protect client brands and digital assets. Ideal candidates should have experience in cybersecurity, addressing phishing and impersonation threats, and possess strong analytical skills. You’ll work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage takedown and disruption programs for digital threats

• Submit and track takedown requests across various platforms

• Investigate and analyze URLs, social media accounts, and apps

• Drive investigations to resolution, handling complex abuse cases

• Monitor performance metrics to improve response and success rates

Requirements:

• 4+ years in cybersecurity or threat intelligence roles

• Experience with DMCA processes and phishing investigations

• Familiarity with OSINT tools like Virus Total and RiskIQ

• Strong communication skills, especially in client interactions

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
