Position: Corporate Systems Security Engineer Role
Drive security initiatives as a Senior Corporate Systems Security Engineer ure the integrity of our AI-native communication systems while working from our Austin or Vancouver offices.
This senior role requires you to own the security and engineering of Dialpad's corporate systems. Collaborate with IT and Security teams to deliver solutions that enhance productivity and security across the organization. Your contribution will help create a resilient infrastructure that safeguards not just internal systems but also vital customer data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate system security tools and frameworks

• Automate key IT processes including employee onboarding

• Recommend and implement solutions for security enhancements

• Monitor and respond to security incidents effectively

• Collaborate with various stakeholders across departments
Requirements:

• 7+ years in information security or IT security roles

• Strong knowledge in security technologies and IAM

• Hands-on experience with security protocols like SAML SSO

• Familiarity with endpoint security and zero-trust models

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or Security+
