Job Description & How to Apply Below

About the Role

We're looking for an operator to help build and harden the operational backbone of a fast‑scaling AI company, and to rebuild how that work gets done with AI at the center.

Quandri is growing fast, and that growth is outpacing the systems holding it together. The ever‑increasing volume of contracts, compliance requirements, approvals, and internal workflows needs a plan which will support our current scale and the scale we're headed for. At the same time, we believe every team at Quandri should be working in fundamentally AI‑native ways, and that shift needs someone who can model what good looks like and bring others along.

This role is mainly focused on Operations, but given the nature of the business you'll also get pulled into operational finance, legal, and AI ops work. You'll report to and partner closely with the Head of Finance & Operations, with autonomy over how these processes get designed and adopted. We're hiring for a high‑potential individual who can grow into owning this function as the company scales.

What

You'll Do
  • Own business process design and adoption – Build the operational scaffolding a scaling company needs. That means finding where Quandri is running on tribal knowledge or duct tape and replacing it with systems that hold up as the company scales, then making sure they actually get used.
  • Drive change management – Getting people to adopt new processes and tools is harder than building them. You'll own the rollout, training, and follow‑through, with the support of our enablement team that turns a new workflow announcement into a habit.
  • Review and manage contracts and compliance (for now) – Handle first‑pass review on vendor agreements, customer redlines, and negotiations, and keep SOC 2 compliance running without leaning on external counsel for everything. The expectation: within ~6 months you've built the AI‑assisted workflows and playbooks that make ~80% of this self‑serve or automated. Then you move on. The long‑term arc of this role is to keep moving through the org, hardening one process after another and building the agentic workflows that let teams run smoothly.
  • Special Projects – Support high‑impact strategic projects that are cross‑functional in nature, things like pricing analysis, vendor consolidation business cases, GTM efficiency deep dives, or operational model builds. These are the problems that sit between Finance, Product, and Ops where the answer isn’t obvious and someone needs to go figure it out.
  • Help drive AI adoption, then build it – Partner with teams to spot high‑impact ways to use AI, and help roll out the tooling and shared resources (skills, plugins, routines) that make adoption practical and repeatable. This starts as support and grows into the core of the role: designing and building the agentic workflows that become how Quandri operates.
The Right Person for This Role Will Have
  • Sharp critical thinking and analytical skills – You break problems down, find the root cause, and solve it. You don’t just follow a process; you question whether the process should exist at all and constantly embody systems‑level thinking.
  • A track record of running operations – You’ve designed, built, and run operational processes before. You know what good operational hygiene looks like.
  • Energized by AI – You’re an active AI user with a point of view on what works, and you’re excited to rebuild work you’ve done by hand in an AI‑native way. You don’t need to be an expert today, but you do need to be curious and have the drive to get good fast.
  • Comfort reviewing legal documents – You’ve read contracts before, you understand what a redline is, and you can spot problematic terms without needing a lawyer to translate. You don’t need to be a lawyer, but you need to be able to think critically, and are comfortable reading legal contracts while thinking about downstream implications.
  • Embraces ambiguity – You thrive when there’s no playbook. You’ve worked in environments where you had to figure it out as you went, and have a proven track record of being able to implement the right level of structure that doesn’t slow the business down.
  • Strong communication across levels –…
