In this role, you will be part of the Support and Services team focused on managing Illumio's technology deployments. With your experience in systems analysis and customer interaction, you will log and update support cases, communicating effectively with clients about their statuses. Your problem-solving skills will drive timely solutions, ensuring that over one million workloads are protected from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Log and update customer support cases promptly
• Analyze customer systems for defects and recommend solutions
• Provide technical support to field engineers for product issues
• Interact directly with clients via various communication channels
• Populate and update internal knowledge base content
Requirements:
• Experience in Technical Support or similar role
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Knowledge of public cloud infrastructure and services
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
